Rusty Handmade BUTCHER'S CHOPPER RESTORATION

Rusty Handmade BUTCHER'S CHOPPER RESTORATION

I am not perfectly sure about what kind of chopper is this because there two types of choppers in my mind BUTCHER’S CHOPPER & JUNGLE CHOPPER. I Got this chopper from my elder brother’s junk place, he is not even perfectly sure about this kind of chopper was this, anyways i restored this into a very fine and useful tool so we can use the restored chopper in both ways whether you cut wood or meat.

I showed the whole procedure for restoring this chopper in this video.
o. The liquid i used to remove RUST was SULPHURIC ACID.
o. The Normalizing process is about softness of iron. For this purpose i used my own handmade Forging FURNACE.
o. I used sandpapers of different GRITS for the shine of the steel.
o. Brass casting was done for the HANDLE to look more enchanting.
o. Different kinds of woods has been used for making handle.
o. For Hardening the blade i used my own handmade METAL MELTING FURNACE.
o. I used clear paint to shine the wooden handle and Brass was shined by special brass polish.

  1. I am extremely sorry for a long delay in uploading this video But Badly i am student so my studies take a lot of time so it is difficult for me to handle both studies and videos.

Some of my viewers want to see Brass handles while some like wooden handles. But before i started restoration i was doing some creativity on my channel and when i restore things i try my best to add some creativity in the restoring videos because it may be more entertaining for you guyz i do my best in all videos if u consider it good then please give me a THUMBS UP and SUBSCRIBE to my channel. See you in the next video.

  2. He cut off the tip because it was so thin and brittle It would’ve fallen off and made the blade look terrible. Stop complaining it is his not yours

  3. Why are people hating so much? It he's channel if he wants to do something different so whatever plus I douth that this comment section is full of people who could do better

  4. This is the second big blade restoration I've seen and they also chopped off the end of the blade. Why?

  5. Да са живи и здрави реставраторите . На всички тях късмет им по желавам . Нов живот дават.

  6. Handle looks dinky and rushed. It looks so off with the blade like it doesn’t belong to it. Should never have cut the blade either, it went from knife to mini sword and it just looks terrible

  7. Why is everyone hating on the brass handles? It is beautiful you know? The restoration is more for display than use.

  8. This time, when he started cutting the tip off, i just turned it off. Restoration??? Cmooooon 🙂

  9. Looks like it's got a nice cutting edge to it but man that thing is ugly. Mostly the handle, just make it all out of dark stained wood and bam.

  10. Over all a good job but I feel like it was rushed. Lots of imperfections that could of been sanded and buffed away with just a little more time on each part.
