Making an Equus Handmade Alligator Watch Strap

See our Alligator (and other) watch straps here – https://equsit.co.uk/AlligatorWatchStrap

Take a glimpse in to the Equus workshop as we make a handmade leather watch strap from start to finish with the traditional hand skills and tools of the saddler and sellier. The work is deceptively simple yet incredibly precise, the materials beautiful yet durable, timeless yet ever changing. The techniques we use are time consuming and take years or decades to master, our products are a labour of love. In an age where luxury is often defined only by a logo and price tag an Equus strap is different, handmade, hand stitched quality, made to last, made with passion and craftsmanship, not with a machine.

  3. Beautifully done but I have to ask myself, poor guy is probably getting pennies on the dollar for that strap while the company rakes in the bulk of the money passed on to the consumer. I'd rather pay him directly then a multiple of middle people that jack up the price. Just my 2 cents.
