For that price I'd expect at least a blake stitched construction, if not goodyear welted.
It is very sad that you guys are using a cemented construction, because otherwise the shoe seems to be of very high quality.
…the upper maker is highly skilled although I think in the actual production setting the upper making process is shared between various specialists ….. a complicated upper indeed …. nice work …
