  1. Very nice guitars and good luck to him. But looking at half a million dollars worth of tools in that shop and being led to believe he doesn't use clamps in gluing a top is very hard to buy. Using ropes and wedges is a nice idea I guess but who does that?

  2. I'm in the same boat, I'm graduating with my degree in Construction Science and Management and not too sure if I want to work for a commercial contractor anymore after having had 2 internships. I've always loved guitar building and I'm debating pulling the trigger after graduation to work for a guitar builder and eventually start my own practice

  3. Nice I would love to meet you some day hopefully the way you speak sounds to me like you are reading my inner deep thoughts I wish I was around you

  4. 90% of guitar builders outer using bending machine with silicon heat blankets to bend the sides, same like factories using and they keep calling hand made its funny, how about bending side by hand on bending iron my friend I know why because it's super hard to bend it right, keep everything level, symmetrical, even, with out cracking the side while remaining the right shape of the side ,so instead they using heating blankets with bending machine not truly hand
made , how I know because I learn how to bend perfect side with tight cutaway only using bending iron .. These guitar builder using factories methods and jigs
