3 Cool Candles – HGTV Handmade

Lighting changes everything, so today Meg shows 3 different styles of votive holders: tiny illuminated clay houses, glass votives adorned with painted rope, and tea lights made from clam shells. Some of these cool candles just might appear in the HGTV Dream Home 2016 tv show launching January 1st.

  1. the shell idea was. cute although im not quite sure about how I feel about the other two though 😕thanks for sharing

  2. I love how chill your videos are, especially this one. Sometimes it's too much when a crafter just blasts their enthusiasm at the viewer. thank you 🙂

  3. Omg ❤️ the seashell candle!!!!!! So unique! Now I know what to do with my horrible candles!!!!! Thx 😘

  4. Thank you so much for the ideas I think I will go with the rope holder as it uses a flawless candle…not allowed to have actual candles in my tiny room 🙂

  5. love the shell ones! mainly cause i live spending time down at the beach. although not right now what with Frank hitting the west coast of Scotland lol awesome ideas. cheers.

  6. The seashell are really nice and elegant, expecially in the playe you put them on 🙂 the others are fine, I guess, but probably I wouldn't make the little house out of clay much tick. It shows quite of warping on the edge (but I've to say; the black coating mask that effect)

  7. I love the one with ropes! Great for where I live, a beach house! Gives off such a nautical feeling!
