In this special episode of Où Se Trouve with Candylabs, we are making a detailed and intricate design. This episode’s candy will feature a tiny rendition of Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac, a historic, luxury hotel that is in the style of a French palace. According to Lin, this is one of the most difficult designs Candylabs has created yet! Can they pull it off?

Named after the governor of New France, Louis de Buade (known as Count of Frontenac), Fairmont le Château Frontenac was built in 1893 and stands out as a prominent landmark in Quebec City, National Historic Site in Canada, and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is perched on a tall cape overlooking the Saint Lawrence River, offering a spectacular view both of the river and cityscape that lends Canada an elegant touch of historic Europe. Recently modernized and restored, the hotel offers 611 guestrooms and suites. Soon, it will be celebrating its 125 anniversary! When you get a chance to visit, tag your memories with #momentsLCF
